Chicken soup with egg



Ingredients for 2

1-2 Chicken legs
1 carrot
A bit of celeriac
1 parsley root
1 yellow onion
1 kale leaf
1 egg
2l water + 1-2tbsp finger warm water
1tsp semolina
Salt





Process

Wash, peel and cut all the vegetables in big chunks.
Place chicken and all the vegetables in a pot, cover with water and cook until cooked through, around 1-1,5 hours.
Remove the chicken from the pot. Use it to make pilav or cut into pieces and add back to the soup.
Remove the vegetables from the soup, cut them in small pieces then add back to the soup. Bring to boil.
In the meantime, beat the egg until fluffy, add the semolina, a little finger warm water and combine.
Take the soup off the heat, mix in the egg mixture and place back on the heat to cook for around 5 more minutes. Salt to taste.
