I love this on a Sunday morning! It
takes no time to put together and while I’m showered it’s baked and ready. I
like it warm, served with yoghurt. You can also serve it, warm or cold, with
cold cuts and different salads as a starter or a light dinner.
Ingredients for 6-8
3 eggs
1,8dl yoghurt
2,7dl corn flour, white or yellow
2,7dl flour
0,9dl oil
1,6dl sparkling water
2tsp baking powder
250gr cottage cheese
Salt
2-3tbsp sesame, optional
Process
Oil and flour an ovenproof baking
form.
In a large bowl, using a fork, mix
the eggs with the wet ingredients.
In a separate bowl mix the dry
ingredients then add them to the wet ingredients.
Add the cheese and salt to taste.
Transfer to the baking form.
Sprinkle over with some sesame.
Bake at 180° for around
40-50min or until golden brown.
