These are the best just a couple of minutes after they came out of the
oven. Cooled and crispy but chocolate inside is still melted and soft! Some
days only chocolate will do… this is one of those.
Ingredients for around 25
cookies
225gr butter
2 ½dl yellow sugar
2dl white sugar
2 eggs
1tsp vanilla sugar
1dl chopped hazelnuts
150gr chopper dark chocolate
1tsp baking powder
6dl flour
Process
In a large bowl mix butter and sugar until smooth, then mix in the eggs.
Add the vanilla sugar, the baking powder and the flour and mix until
incorporated, don’t over mix.
Add chopped hazelnuts and chocolate, combine using a spoon.
Place a parchment paper on two large baking forms.
Oil both hands and start forming little balls out of the dough. Place
them on the baking forms with some room between as they will go flat and spread
out.
Bake on 175 ° for around 15min or until golden
brown.
