Everyday pasta

In the morning we took a long walk to composer Verdis house. We were shown around by a very nice lady who works there. The house is turned into a nursing home and most of the people who live there are musicians. Even young students are welcome to share their experience and learn from the older.

We came back to the city centre just in time when restaurants were serving lunch. Almost always I have planned which restaurant we are going to but I didn’t this time so we just chose first one that was packed with people. I was blown away! Of course, I associate Italy with pasta but when I experience the everyday lunch-high quality ingredients, simplicity of the dishes…all I can think is-lucky Italians!

Instead of using any form of transportation I like to walk whenever I can. Especially in Italy where beauty is everywhere!
