This was by far the best dish I had in Rome. Gnocchi in general is one of
my favorites and I´ve had a couple in my life so I think I can say that
Trattoria dal cavalier Ginos gnocchi are the best I have ever had! I don’t understand
why I didn’t order one more serving, no
shame! :D How to describe it.. light as a cotton wool it almost bursts in your
mouth! Many gnocchi have to dense dough texture to them which can get stuck
in your mouth but not these. And here comes the beauty of simplicity, subtle
sweet and sour taste of tomato and basil sauce leaves you to taste and enjoy
each ingredient and admire the chef’s masterwork. Love it!
