Dinner in Višegrad

For last dinner in Višegrad we went to Zlatna moruna, which is a restaurant inside Andricgrad. What a dreamy place?! Walls and ceilings are painted so beautifully. There are portraits of scientists, writers, politicians, actors, athletes… It was almost hard to stay concentrated on food! After the initial look around and seeing all the big pictures and portraits there were more details to discover. 

Anyhow, food was delicious, high quality ingredients and very well prepared. 

For me, the highlight was the salad with a lots of different vegetables and apples. During this trip I wasn’t really eating as much fruit as I usually do so the salad definitely satisfied my craving. :)

Lazy day at the beach and one of the best restaurants in Greece

Morning at the beach means indulging in Greek fruit, sweet and juicy-pure joy!

We chose to spend a day at a random beach we drove by. There were not too many sunbeds which is always a plus. The sea was very calm so it ended up being a very relaxing day.

But the best part of the day was having a lunch at a restaurant just above the beach. 

This is diffidently one of my favourite restaurants in the whole Greece. Delicious food-traditional Greek and fresh.

What I fell in love with was the setting. There were olive trees, flowers and cooking plants everywhere. 

Baked feta cheese with green peppers-so yummy!

Saganaki-salty fried cheese. This goes so well with sweet tomatoes, cucumber and onion salad. 

In love with all the details!

            I never wanted to leave this place! So dreamy! 

The restaurant is called Poseidon and in my opinion is a must if you are visiting Karpathos!
