Food is big part of my excitement
when traveling and in Višegrad I was very much looking forward to trying ćevapi. I heard they are supposed to be one of the best in Balkans and
it´s true. Ćevapi are just minced meat rolled into small rolls, served usually
with a type of flat bread and a side of onions, cabage and ajvar. Meat is very
moist and it is that that makes them so good. But just the combination of
everything is brilliant!
