Sweet and sour, mango and passion fruit smoothie




Ingredients for 1

2 Mango fruit
1 Avocado
3 Passion fruit
Lemon juice


Process

Cut mango and avocado in big chunks and place them in a bowl along with the passionfruit seeds and juice and a couple of tbsp of lemon juice. Mix with the hand mixer until smooth then add more lemon juice if needed.
If mango is really sweet I add up to half of one lemon. Depending on how much lemon you add the consistency will vary. Most likely you will need to use a spoon as this is pretty thick smoothie.
