Tenryuji Temple. On the pictures it looks like there
were not many people but actually the place was packed. And it was like that
everywhere we went. Shrines/temples are not crowded at the opening so I always
chose the one I wanted to see the most for that day and we went there first
thing in the morning.
How cute!
Otagi Nenbutsuji Temple. This place is a bit outside
of the city so not many tourists come here. The stone sculptures were all made
by people of Japan and brought here. From here we walked to the residential area
nearby just to see how people live. I was mostly admiring the mountains
surrounding the city.
