Sunny Zrenjanin and movies night

Zrenjanin is a charming little town in north Serbia. It’s where Vs family is from so we have spent many holidays there. 

How many do you see? 

             I love this architecture! So different to the one in the south. Even nature is different. Most of the land here is flat, there’s fields for as long as eye can reach.

                 It was quite a chilly day so after a walk we were all looking forward to lunch and getting warm. 

Nothing better than homemade soup with dumplings!

This is speciality of the region-cheese and chard stuffed fried chicken. 

Had to have! Why homemade pancakes never taste as good as those from the restaurant?! 

We came back to Belgrade just in time for dinner.

This was probably the most unusual pizza I’ve ever had. There was layers and layers of prosciutto and it was topped with cheese and sour cream. It was pretty god but I still like the simple Italian style pizza best :)

After dinner my sister and I went to movies. We, more I, saw Black Mass, she was drooling over Jonny Depp :D Anyway, the movie was ok, but there’s better mafia ones…
