I’d choose
vegetables over meat any day of the week, and these Serbian peppers make it even
easier! Fruits and vegetables in general taste better in these southern parts
so I can’t get enough! This is my grandmothers recipe, simple and easy, done in
around 20min. She serves it with feta cheese and bread.
Ingredients
for 4
8-12 peppers
depending on the size
Oil to cover
the bottom of the pan
Salt
Parsley to
taste
Garlic to
taste
Process
Wash and dry
the peppers well.
Heat up the oil
to medium heat then put in the peppers, salt.
Fry until
the skin turns light brown.
Sprinkle
with finely chopped parsley and garlic.
