Anas raspberry cake


My sister is not spending much time in the kitchen, although she has very refined taste. This has to be one of if not the first cake she’s made. Cake sheets are store bought and are used in Serbia for more famous Rozen cake.


Ingredients:

175 gr Cream cheese
100 gr Powdered sugar
500 gr Šlag or dubble cream
Raspberries ca 300-400 gr
One pack Rozen cake sheets


Proces:

Mix cream cheese with sugar until it combines. Mix slag/cream separately. Combine the two.
Layer on serving dish cake sheet, filling, teared up raspberries, then repeat until all the material is used.
Cover the cake in filling. Let it cool in the fridge for a couple of hours.
