This is how our weekend breakfast looks like. I don't eat bread on daily basis so these freshly baked bread rolls are a treat!
After breakfast we usually take one hour power walk. I don't really like
to exercise and go to the gym, so this is the perfect way for me.
To go to IKEA is very untypical but we needed a couple of things...
Anyway we ended up buying way more which is easily done at IKEA I feel
like. How can a person need that many things and where does it all go?!
So since it ended up being longer then just a quick visit we stayed
for lunch. Of course it had to be swedish meatballs. So good!
Then we bought some fresh fish at a local fish-vendor.
Late afternoon was spent playing games.
This salmon with potato salad, broccoli and creme fresh sauce has to be one of my favorite fast dinners to make.
Just before we were about to start watching Cinderella movie I snapped this picture of a beautiful sunset.
