These posts are a throwback to early summer of 2010 which we have spent in Malta. I especially enjoyed cruising around the island and swimming in the clearest water of the Blue lagoon. Malta’s nature is breath-taking! Italian influence is strong which means we enjoyed great pasta, ricotta filled pastries, but also traditional rabbit dish. What I will never forget is the chocolate cake in Mdina. Lightest most fluffiest cake sheets and in between smooth chocolate filling. I wander how did they manage to cut it and transfer it to the plate as it was so delicate?!
