Southern passion

This little side street restaurant served pasta e fagioli which I remember my grandmother making ever since I was little. It was first time I had muscles with it and I loved it! The star of the evening was not the street band, complete with the violoncello, but the chef who came out of the kitchen slamming two pot covers against each other as if it wasn’t loud enough already! It’s a really tiny restaurant, so you can imagine! I really love those moments, seeing people letting loose and showing of their feelings. I sometimes wish I was more that way.
