Scialatelli


This was the first meal we had after long trip to Amalfi. It is fresh made pasta with tomato sauce, eggplant, mozzarella and basil. It was the best pasta I have ever had! I was unsure if it really was as good because when you are tired and hungry everything tastes good. So I tried it multiple times the following days! I still dream of it! I don’t remember the name of the restaurant, but it is on the left side of the stairs in the main square (on the other side is the bakery). They had delicious pizza and parmigiana melanzane as well.
