I don’t know if I should believe every time Italians say "it’s a family restaurant, my mom is making the food", but I do. Whether its truth or not love speaks through those recipes. I don’t know how many times during this trip I would close my eyes, shake my head from side to side and smile, after just one bite! Simple but high quality ingredients, few ingredients and good preparation, that’s it.
