For me food is half of the experience when I travel. I love to try local dishes and eat where locals do. Tawaheen al-Hawa... there we ate under the night sky, a feast of a meal, half lying in big chairs (they make sense!), totally seduced by the smell of a shisha.
I can talk for days about Mansaf and its tender lamb, creamy labneh,
refreshing baba ganoush but there is no words to describe the lemon/mint juice!
U just have to try it!
