Spending time with our little traveler

Loke, the dog, travels more than we do these days so we are lucky if we catch him to spend some time together! He is such a gentle being, curious but above all beautiful. He is not my dog, so you can’t accuse me of being subjective :) but he is the most beautiful dog I have ever seen!

Sunday roast

 One of my favourite dishes, simple, easy and very satisfying! My mother’s recipe, of course, with only difference that I sometimes add sweet potatoes for some colour and texture diversity. You can pair it with almost any salad of the season but I look most forward to it in the fall with the roast peppers.
