One Thursday in January

I love this combination-philadelphia cheese and sour cherry jam! My sister rolls her eyes at just a thought of it, she can’t mix salty and sweet. :D I buy this jam almost every time we go to Greece and it kind of satisfies my craving. I don’t know why but they don’t sell sour cherries in Sweden, or I don’t know where to look… Anyway, I haven’t had a bowl of fresh ones since I moved here :/

Both my sister and I were lazy and didn’t wanna workout so instead we went for a walk around Gunnebo castle. 

It was gloomy day but still beautiful with all the snow!

Every Thursday, except during summer, most of Swedish restaurants serve pea soup and pancakes. I love the soup but it’s all about the pancakes :D My mother and sister can’t stop talking about them and with a good reason! They are thicker and fluffier that the regular pancakes and omg that strawberry jam…Yeah, it’s hard to stop once you start eating :D

Then we went to shop for a new iron, as my old one broke (long time ago :D). Exciting times.
